V/KPF led the restoration of the Dale House, an American Foursquare c. 1909 at the corner of Hart Street and Second Street in Vincennes.  The house was given to V/KPF in 2001, and Indiana Landmarks provided the initial funds to start the project.  Many individuals and organizations have donated time, talent and monies to the effort.  Over $65,000 was invested in the project to repair and paint the exterior and interior, install a new roof, new water heater, new heating and air conditioning systems, and new electrical and plumbing. 

V/KPF members are excited to announce that the house has been sold.  We look forward to the property once again becoming a cherished home at the heart of our city.
